Find Potential Patients
by: Anonymous

This site has a great subscription offer for hot potential client leads. However, there is no guarantee for clients in your area or how many leads you'll get during the yearly subscription. Since it's not the site's main function, they can't guarantee quality or quantity of patients.

On the other hand, though, it's a flat fee per year so national companies really benefit nicely by using this service.

Finding Clientele
by: Marcia Oliver - site owner

Candice,

Finding clientele for a new business can be tough but diligence can pay off.

Your first efforts are to find high quality, ethical PT's and home health employees who will provide top, quality care (go to www.home-health-care-physical-therapy.com/physical-therapy-salary.html to find out why).

Our seniors are aging at the rate of 10000 baby boomers turning 65 every day now for the next 20 years...

Big agencies can provide better state of the art technology etc but nothing trumps employees who CARE! I don't care what kind of balance program you have or stroke recovery program you have until I know how much your PT cares about me as a patient.

Be care, be diligent in your selections. Provide the best customer service under the sun. Provide specialties that no one else can or will.

For instance, I've had a start up agency talk about ordering my 5.5 Natural Remedies Encyclopedia for a special price so they could give one to every patient upon admission! A $125 value (purchased at a fraction of the cost!) and given as a welcome and thank you gift to patients.

The value of this was to point patients and caregivers towards the benefits of those things in life that are free such as fresh air, exercise, good nutrition (the choice is free!) water, sunshine, temperance, rest and trust in God. Things that rest outside our scope of practice but essential to everyone's healing!

Provide authentic, exceptional service!

Godspeed to you as you protect, respect and serve our aging companions!
